Our Service Department is here to make sure that anything you purchase through us can be enjoyed for a long time. All products sold at Century Stereo come with a manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise noted (i.e. some used equipment may not qualify for manufacturer’s warranty). Manufacturer’s warranties cover the cost to repair the equipment but do not include any in-home service required to uninstall the equipment and bring it in for service. In most cases, if you are able to bring in your broken equipment, it is advised to do so in order to save you time and money. If for some reason we cannot repair the item in-house, we send it to the manufacturer on your behalf. For products outside of our repair range (i.e. brands we don’t carry anymore), we have a network of specialized repair companies that we can refer you to.
Century Stereo can also facilitate warranty and non-warranty repairs. Our Customer Service Manager, Jeff Wilson, oversees all the repairs for Century Stereo and should be contacted as soon as you believe an items needs to be repaired. Our installed systems are backed by a one-year warranty against failures or defects caused by our workmanship, which means if a service issue should arise that resulted from an error on our part within the first year, the issue will be resolved at no charge to the client. Please note that this does not include change orders, functionalities not included in the original scope of work, etc. Updated scopes of work may incur additional charges.
