IsoAcoustics Inc. manufactures a specialized line of speaker stand products to the audio professional, music hobbyist, audiophile and music lover. IsoAcoustics speaker stands provide superior acoustic isolation and enhance the sound clarity of any speakers including studio monitors, home audio systems and sound reinforcement.

The patented approach is based on years of experience in the design and construction of radio and television studios. The driving force is Dave Morrison, closely involved in planning and building radio and television studios at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation for close to 20 years. Dave Morrison was part of the design team faced with the challenges of building the world’s largest multi-media center in Toronto: over 1.72 million square feet, with recording studios for drama, music, and chamber ensembles, special effects, radio and television shows. The experience gained at CBC has become your gain with IsoAcoustics products.

GAIA Series

“…Instruments and voices were more precisely defined on the soundstage, which itself was wider and higher.”
“A Remarkable Product.” – Stereophile, October 2017

The GAIA isolators are machined units that incorporate IsoAcoustics’ patented design to provide a high degree of speaker isolation, while resisting lateral movement and oscillations, to maintain alignment with the listening position. Internal reflections from the hard supporting surface are attenuated resulting in greater sound clarity and openness. As a result the soundstage blossoms to open up a three-dimensional image of natural, spatial sounds.

“Overall soundstage presence was more accurate, transparent and spatial”  – Outstanding Product Award, HiFI Pig Magazine, May 2017

Optimal results are heard by installing these units with the logo facing the listening position, or rotated 180 degrees, to align the isolators with the speaker’s motive forces, lift and place the speakers into position as the GAIA lower isolator will adhere to the supporting surface. When a speaker is placed on a hard surface, secondary internal reflections result. Any artifacts of this smear that is similar in the two channels is perceived to be in the center, causing the sound stage to collapse. The GAIA series of isolators eliminates this smear resulting in a larger 3-dimensional sound stage.

“Music just sounds right with them in place, and the price is right too” – HiFi Choice Recommended, August 2017

IsoAcoustics ISO-PUCK’s provide an innovative new approach in isolating studio monitors, guitar amps and other systems. This unique design provides a high degree of isolation while resisting lateral movement and oscillations, which results in greater sound clarity and focus. Possibly the most versatile isolation tool available for the studio, live stage or home as you can place them as needed to improve the clarity and performance of your pro equipment and monitors.

The ISO-PUCK’s upper flange “suction cup” design adheres to the underside of the cabinet making the upper isolator live with the speaker, while the lower isolator adheres to the supporting surface. All the energy is managed within the core of the ISO-PUCK’s isolators which are carefully tuned to provide superior isolation and control while remaining on-axis. Three or more ISO-PUCK’s may be used depending on the total weight applied.
